- Requests must be made within 7 days of the booking date.
- Refunds are eligible only for cancellations made 48 hours prior to the check-in date.
- Refunds will not be granted for no-shows or cancellations made after the check-in date.
- Refunds are applicable only on the booking amount and exclude any processing or service fees.
3. Refund Process

- Our team will review your request and The refunded amount would be credited to your bank account within 5 to 7 days.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
- Late check-in or early check-out.
- If the guest violates the terms of service or engages in illegal activities during the stay.
- If the guest is dissatisfied with external factors such as weather or local events.
- For any third-party services such as transportation or events arranged outside of our platform.
